HEROES CON RECAP
Thanks to everyone who was able to stop by my table, and attend my panel, in Charlotte for Heroes Con - it was a terrific experience, and I'm planning to be back there again in 2018. I met a ton of people and did a ton of art that weekend, and had a great result with my benefit auction donation! If you've never been, I give Heroes Con my highest recommendation for a pure Comics experience, with none of the baggage that so many contemporary conventions have. I have several new drawings from Heroes that I'll be sharing here soon.
I have 2 more major conventions scheduled for this fall - Cincinnati Comic Expo in September, and Akron Comicon in November. Hit me up for advance commissions if you're coming to either one! Advance rates are lower, so it pays to get on the list early.
I hope all you fans are watching Twin Peaks: The Return on Showtime. It's a GIFT. Pure, hundred-proof, uncut DAVID LYNCH. An absolute dream.
If you'd like to see a little more process work and real-time convention updates, be sure to follow @B3NN3TT on Instagram - you'll see things there a lot sooner than you see them here. Granted they are often a little more raw, but it lends itself to the small screen. It's much more spontaneous and insightful, I think, and complements my gallery here like a good supplement should.
The collection of my 2016 InkTober efforts is available now through the CreateSpace store, and through Amazon.com. List price is $9.95. I will also have copies with me for sale at all of my convention appearances, and your purchase will include a free quick sketch on the inside, as a bonus. So if you'd like to see all of these illustrations in a lovely collected format, instead of the camera-phone WIP shots I posted here, click on through and order a copy for yourself! Thanks.
I also have many of the original drawings available for sale from both 2015 and 2016. They will eventually find their way into my online store (more on that later) - but until that's ready, I'm offering them for sale at convention appearances and via email. They are $50 each, or 3 for $120. Contact me if there are any you're interested in buying, and I can let you know if they are still available.
The collection of my 2015 InkTober efforts is still available as a 36-page book simply titled "pulp". You can order it now through the CreateSpace store, and through Amazon. List price is $9.95.
