Inktober 2021 Art Sale is live! I just listed 30 drawings on eBay US, so you can visit tinyurl.com/B3NN3TT to take a look at the list and possibly take home one all for your own. Bidding ends on Sunday the 21st. Ships internationally, too! Thanks for looking.

Wow - 2020's been a year, hasn't it? I normally have a book out in February or March that collects my previous Inktober efforts. I had every intention of doing the same thing this year, but... man, that didn't happen, did it? October came and went this year, and I had some comics work that I was doing, so I couldn't fit in an Inktober effort this year; I usually devote quite a lot of time and effort to it, so I didn't want to compromise that. Since I wasn't able to clear the slate ahead of time, I decided to take an Inktober break for 2020, after 5 straight years. I was finally able to find the time to complete the retrospective book project over Thanksgiving break - and JUST IN TIME for gift-giving season. I've tried to pull out all the stops this year, clocking in at 88 pages of content, behind-the-scenes sketches and warm-ups, a few commissions, bonus art, notes on tools & techniques, and even a proper introduction by prominent Muppet journalist Joe Hennes. Jeepers! I can't believe how cool your art is.

Thanks very much 😊

beautiful work!

Dear Lord I simply cannot fathom how you get so much detail into your Inktober drawings in such a short time frame! Your inks are awesome and put me to shame!

How long do most of your drawings take to draw?

I think I put time stamps on most of my newer pieces. I have a very short attention span, so I can't keep up for more than about 2 hours at a time. So the one-sitting pieces are usually around 90 minutes or less.

I was just wondering, because they look like a lot of hard work, the 'Inktober' drawings look amazingly detailed.
